I think there were be more favoritism, unfair, and unethical promotional and labor practices at Ft. Campbell that you can shake a stick toward. I believe without the currect regulations, which still doesn't prevent such behavior, conditions of employment with the government and at Ft. Campbell would become critical and as well as violent.
