Comments:
I protest against the changes on Performance Based Pay for all DOD workers. To give supervisors and management the control to increase or decrease the annual salary is outrages. This change will increase favorism and increase dislike with other coworkers in the office. There should be no control by management or supervisors of Pay & pay raises. Until today the annual performance appraisals are showing favorism and are being conducted unfair. What will be the outcome once you let supervisors and management control this process. I protest against such change.
