I would like to voice my opinion that like any large reconstruction, like the National Security Personnel System, will have faults. But, I feel that the outlined plan will help the overall DoD system. As a DoDDS teacher, I think it is in the best interests of the United States to continue with the planned deployment of National Security Personnel System. I feel that the Teachers' Union's interest are to protect their own livelihood, not the interests of the teachers.
