To whom it may concern, this new system In my opinion is really going to be another shot in the dark on how someone thinks that this will work to make it more fair. I have seen more buddy promotions and people that get jobs because of nepetism than I have seen anywhere before, and you think that this system is going to help.I do believe it will give alot of people some heartburn because it will create more of a loop hole for the buddy system and give more fustrations to the people that are actually doing the work.
