This new NSPS ststem WILL NOT PROTECT THE RIGHTS AND BENIFITS OF THE EMPOLYEES. It appears to me that we are going back to the good old days. Are you the friend of the boss. Keep your mouth shut, do as you are told, you are not to have an opinion and you are not to be smarter than the boss.
