Comments:
I am completely against the proposed National Security Personnel System regulations issued by the Department of Defense and the Office of Personnel Management. This proposed regulaton violate Congress' explicit order in 5 U.S.C.9902 (b). This proposal takes away all my right as a worker, while giving management all the power. That was not the intent of The Congress. I would like to strongly urge you to vote against this proposed regulation. We would like you to leave the system the way it is or find a (fair) solution that protects the right of the workers as well as improve the system.
