I have read quite a bit of info on this new system and I am very anxious to see how it will succeed. One area that concerns me is the elimination of grades. I understand how the pay process will be replaced, however, how will the civilian community be looked at when it comes to their military counterpart. Basically, when a meeting calls for 05 equivalent, we know that is a GS12/13. How will we be able to determine that in nthe new system when the grades goe away?
