I think this whole proposal is nothing but another "Good 'Ole Boy" plan to promote and grant monetary gains to "my buddy". The supervisors "friends" will benefit. What about the women who think they can sleep their way to the top? They will certainly benefit. This system allows the supervisor to promote his "buddies" while everyone else suffers. It promotes "sucking up" to the boss. It promotes "back stabbing" among employees. This is a horrible idea and will backfire terribly. If it is so great, why isn't Congress included in this proposal? The people in Congress should be on the same plan as the rest of us. Oh, I forgot. They are the elite, entitled to special benefits, priveledges and retirement plans. Do not allow this proposal to go through! According to this proposal, you can "deploy" me, a civilian, anywhere and anytime you want to fulfill the "mission". I am not in the military, I didn't sign on to be ordered around the world in a moments notice. This whole thing makes me sick.
