Comments:
As a federal employee, I strongly oppose the implementation of this new system. The reasons are quite multitudinous, and could not all be listed easily. Please understand that this is a basic change in our quality of life that is being tampered with. It would be better left alone, especially since the Congress hasn't had time to examine the ramifications of changes this monumental .
