Comments:
I believe that the NSPS is an attempt to "Union Bust" and make DOD employees "at will" employees. This is yet another attempt to Contract out the government employees by breaking a system that works fine as is. The veterans preference section of NSPS takes away almost all vets preference. I am personaly opposed to any change in the current system I believe we have the protections of collective bargaining for a reason and these protection should be left alone.
