I as a DOD employee protest thee enactment of any new federal directive effecting my privacy, pay allowcations, job status, and or choice of locations of employment. I feel this is an infringe of my rights in accordance with the 16 Ammendment. I request a halt to any further enactments! Thank you Donald F Towles
