I do not have a specific section. I think the whole idea of doing away with the current system is wrong. Those of us who have been federal works for several years and those who have only been in a short time will be severly hurt by these changes. We have worked hard to attain the levels we have reached and now we are being told that one person can as the saying goes - make or break us- . Whether you want to believe it or not this is the case. We currently have controlls on what supervisors can and can't do, these changes will remove those checks and balances. This whole change need to be looked at again and those of us being affected need to have a say in whats going on
