Labor Relations: It is a travesty that teachers have to write to clarify what is good or bad about the newly proposed system. Without the ability to have representation, some managers will engage in practices that are not only contrary to the vary existence of bargaining concepts - ones that keep an even keel on both sides of the fence - but could be contradicatory to the needs of the students we teach. It is the Boston tea party in modern day situations. We cannot let this happen - both sides need the ability to bargain. Thank you!
