When you cut to the chase I see a substantial pay cut to support pay raises for senior management. We, the worker will lose out in an era of spiraling costs. Talk about loss of core knowledge, there will not be any substantial core knowledge remaining in a few years. I don't know, maybe that is the objective of this move...
