I think this would be a bad decision if this go in effect the system was not broke so why fix something that wasn't broken. Deployment that is "CRAZY"! You talking about civlians that are not fit for combat we are not in the army. Why have a Union they are not going have any say so in the decision of the rights of the employees. And to say if you get a Supervisor that just don't like you for any reason or another your just "Doom".
