I am a 58 year old DOD employee with 20 + years. I have watched improper Jobs filled by buddy buddy system,watched Personel Office brag on how they fixed the system to put uniformed persons from uniform on Friday afternoon to Civilian in suit on Monday morning performing the same job.I have watched the discrimination of sexes for jobs in high level command areas given jobs that the persons were not qualified. Yes the current system has been abused, however under the proposed system the U.S. Government would be the only winner under the new system The employees would not gain but lose and have a system that would not be used fairly to current workforce. The U.S. government paid large sums to Contractors to develop the new travel system (DTS) and as high as the brass in the Pentagon have Made very bad comments /grievances of the systems failures and manner of business. The paperwork presented to the Public and all Government workforce is how grand the system is working and how much has been saved. PURE PROPPOGANA/HOGWASH! We have been forced to use it and can clearly show costs increase and failures of system.This proposed new NSPS system is presented in the same manner as travel. I do not concur with proposed plan and am glad that I am reaching the retirement age to stay out of the rat race you are developing. The President and his staff are elected to office, none are poor and the monies that are wasted to gain office is unreal. The average worker does not always agree with candidates and therfore the voting percentages are not 100% for one candidate. 4 years/8 years and the office changes and the whims of the rich are once agained challenged. Leave well enough alone and stay with a system that has some values where less buddy to buddy system exists as in the U.S government Offices and Staff. Do not implant the NSPS System!!!!!!!
