Comments:
The healthcare system has a high demand for professional nurses at this time the mean age is 44 if this pay system takes effect as currently written we will not be able to retain the registered nurses we have and hire new graduates. They are looking for a great place to work advancement, and good pay. If you have active duty soldiers managing civilians in this pay scale there will not be any incentive to work because officers are paid by rank and cost of living they are not held by the same management scale as civilians. Pharmacist will move out of the clinical setting as well. Physicians will move back to private practice.
