Comments:
I am very much opposed to the proposed changes in personnel policies in the NSPS regulations. I believe this will do nothing to enhance national security and will have a very negative impact on federal employee morale and willingness to report waste, fraud and abuse. In addition, this is an attack on the collective bargaining rights as well as the constitutional rights of federal employees. NO to NSPS.
