To whom it may concern: Your proposed NSPS system is nothing short of treason!!!! It extends far beyond NSPS!!! What you propose most certainly will encourage practices of questionable intent. The Constitution and Title 5 US Code were created to prevent what you propose. It is certain that if enacted we will be entering a dark era, with lack of legislation in the name of National security and its new cousin “Homeland Security”. It will most certainly be another example of "The Chickens coming home to Roost". As George W. Bush has clearly stated "The world must learn that what we say, goes". If there is anyone out there that thinks they are not included they are sadly mistaken. It has become quite obvious that the current administration will stop at nothing to undermine the people. They empower their leaders to systematically dismantle the rights and freedoms that so many individuals and trusted civil servants have fought for and will remove them with the wink of an eye. PS: It should be emphasized that an infinitesimally small segement of the body public propose to attempt to impliment and undermine all civil servants Wide Eyed
