Comments:
I am all in favor of a merit-based personnel system and feel it is long overdue. Many of my fellow employees have expressed apprehension concening being at "the mercy" of a supervisor's whim in regard to pay increases, etc. I have more faith in the integrity of my supervisor and the system being proposed and firmly believe that if you do your job, do it to the best of your ability, and behave like a responsible adult, you will have nothing but success. Thank you.
