Comments:
The register is too broad and very general. I was previously in the AMCOM RDEC demo, and we were given very specific information in the register for that demo. It is hard to give specific comments to a very general document, and this may lead to some employees not submitting comments due to not having a good idea of what the system really is. Another comment period needs to be given after the specifics are known.
