1. It would be very beneficial to have a "Town Hall" meeting that contained information. There have been two at this base and at the first one the common answer was...."I don't have answers for that yet." Few months later another "Town Hall" was held and the most common answer to questions was "I have to hurry and turn in my rental car, I don't want to miss my flight." You are going to have very angry folks here.....information is key...don't leave them hanging. 2. Perception is that NSPS is the governments way of eliminating the civilian workforce (somewhat illegally).... and turning the civilian workforce into a computer-based workforce that will be monitored by only those higher ranking civilians that have it in good with government. 3. What is pay banding? 4. When will we lower worker bees be enlightened on what the pay bands might be? I could go on and on and on....but I think you get the point. The folks that are affected have a right to know what is going on.....Real answers here would help. Right now, this appears to be a shakey, not very well thought out program .....similar to Social Security.
