Comments:
From my understanding of the new system, the biggest danger is the power one supervisor/manager have over the career of a worker who my have fell out of favor for personal or other non professional reasons. No system of checks and balance to ensure integrety and fairness is excersised with the decision making tools. I man not in favor of this system and I can see a large surge of mission essential worker in critical areas making choice to leave the system via either retirement or seeking other opportunities.
