Section: 9901.334. Eligibility for pay increase associated with a supplement adjustment. If an employee receives a current rating of record of "unacceptable" why should they not recieve the supplement adjustment? Performance should only be based on what it is "job performance", not the increase associated with a supplement adjustment. What does one have to do with the other?
