I am against the NSPS system it seems that as I reviewed the outlook and read the regulation it would take a person knowlegable in all the areas to determine the what Pay Bands you would fall into. I feel like thier has not been a formal meeting which will outline the process and answer concerns. A meeting held by just Union reprenstives do not give the whole outlook. I feel with the competition of getting a raise would be unfair and unjust unless it whent by SCD date and Veterans prefence. It seems it would reward few and rest would be at a stalemate and not rewarded for service or time spent in the service. It allready hard enough to find a job or get a promotion this would make it unfeasable or unrealastic unless your job performance was outline like you walked on water.
