I would like to comment about the new NSPS Reg. RIN 3206-AK76/0790-AH82 pay system. I have been a federal employee for over 27 yrs. and has it very rewarding and challanging. However I feel that this new pay system is the most unfair thing that has ever happened to the DOD worker, it gives them no recourse if a supervisor does not like them. It does nothing to protect their raises or the money they now are making. It only results to the Good Old Boy system, where you kiss up to get promoted or recieve an award. It promotes back stabbing, and disacourages team effort. I think it is the worst thing DOD has ever tried to do to its loyal and dedicated employees. Maby MR. Rumsfeld should have to work under the same criteriea. I say leave the present system intact and leave it alone. It has worked fairly for all of these years.
