Before making any changes that will effect the entire work force I sub jest that you direct your attention to the quality of our current managers and supervisors that you will be giving all this power too, most of whom have never worked in the privet sector and probably couldn't hold a managers position at a McDonalds at 1/5 the salry! after you clean up that mess bring it on!!!
