Comments:

I have been a DOD employee for 18 years and strongly oppose how the NSPS would treat DOD employees. It would create a system in which federal managers would show favoritism rather than fairness. I know this to be true because it is already happening within our organization. Employees who make the most mistakes, care the least about the mission, and sit with their feet up on the desk are the ones getting promoted, while the most productive workers and the ones who do care get no recognition from their supervisor. There would be no impartial appeal system to see we are treated fairly. I am a single parent and with the passing of the proposed NSPS, I no longer would be able to have any financial security for my family or life. The proposed regulations of the NSPS for DOD employees will only create hardships for thousands of DOD employees if enforced and destroy lives.
