Just one comment. With a deputy commander like ours, We're DOOMED! He has already stated that under the existing system we're under now, "I'll never promote anyone in this squadron. I'll go world wide to fill positions so I can get good people in here. No one here deserves a promotion." He has been here almost two years. We were an award winning squadron until he got here and we started doing it HIS way. Now he's going to decide our future?
