Bad supervisors are as common as bad employees aka, poor performers, as they are nothing more than higher paid employees too throughout the country. I pity the poor smuck who has a poor supervisor under the nsps system because the new system lends itself to protected rampant abuse by supervisors and supervisors supervisors to demoralize and undermine employees and certain protections.
