Comments:
This proposal is unjust and unfair for your deicated employees. It will make it difficult for Military Spouses to get jobs when relocating. The job market is hard enough now and with this proposal it will be harder. Employees in the system will not have opportunities to change jobs within the system because people will be hanging on to what ever job they have. It also seems that this is not a cost saver but will cost the government more money in training, EEO complaints, etc.
