Here goes our government fixing something that isnt broke.. Why cant you just leave the system the way it is. I know it is designed for someones family to get into the system without paying thier dues to our great country. Someones newly hired brother in law will get a raise over someone who has been in 20 years longer and having received OUTSTANDINGS ...Sounds like Padding someones pocket.. Glad AFGE is not supporting this.. Election time will tell who else isnt either
