Comments:
NSPS does not address reclasification of positions which duties are performed by Disabled Veterans. NSPS would/could reclassify positions at a whim which a Veterans disabilities would now prevent him/her from performing at acceptible level, which in turn would be factured into his/hers performance rating,,for raises, appointments, and dismisals from service through out the system. Would the Vet be allowed and have priority to fill a Different position within the agency at the same level of pay or would a position be created for the Disabled Vet. at a lower level of pay to fill even if he/she was working at a acceptable performance level prior the position being reclassified. # 9901.601 ,# 9901.516, # 9901.607 # 9901.513 # 9901.409
