Comments:
While I served my country ( 2 tours in Vietnam) others were climbing the ladder in civil service. While Veterans like me made sure freedom prevailed, we did so by choice.Now the same country we fought for has decided that the Veteran should not recieve ANY preference in a RIF unless there is a tie, then the person with the best performance appraisal wins. This allows the person doing performance appraisals to cancel out the Veteran's service in favor of his/her best buddy. This is a slap in the face of all who served.
