Classification Process 9901.221 Classification requirements. The civilians have always performed assignments in a regular recurring basis that are not necessarily in the job description. How will these "collateral duties" be applied for appropriate recognition and consideration for placement in pay bands? Will the local work unit have the ability to make minor adjustments to the initial pay band entry level?
