What happened to posting an employee handbook? I just searched your site for "handbook" and got only the PFD and Doc versions of MEMORANDUM FOR ALL NSPS SPIRAL ONE EMPLOYEES SUBJECT: Department of Defense National Security Personnel System (NSPS) dated December 14, 2004 "An employee handbook and NSPS tutorial is under development and will be posted in February on the NSPS website – http://www.cpms.osd.mil/nsps." This is March so where is the handbook?
