The impact this has allready played in the work place where I work is a mess. Since management has the power to do what they want. We have seen a increase in our performance standards. The standards are set so high with other duties added it is impossible to meet standard to get a pay raise. We have been threatened if we do not meet the standard that we will receive pink slips. The reason they want to get rid of us it to go contract. What is the United States Of America coming to force people to pay contractors to have a job!!!! Is this new ruleing set up so that civil service workers, who are proud to serve their country will not receive benefits or fare treatment. All the training in the world given to Managers on how to rate their employees, does not make it fair. They can still be unfair to deserving employees.
