We the Federal Employees are already working under stressful conditions such as down sizing. Now it is being proposed that our means of support and security be put in the hands of one or more persons. As it is now you have no one watching the watchers. There is an old saying that has proved true again and again Power corrupts and Absolute power corrupts absolutely Why are you creating a monster?
