I Don't believe that management will treat everybody fair and equitable under this nsps.I believe in pay for performance but what about favortism with management and who will the worker have on his side.This is a free country not NAZI GERMANY.What if there is a unsafe area at your work place and management dose nothing about it who will protect the worker!!! What about seniority if it dosn't count during a RIF than you will lose yrs.of experience. What about Vets. that fought in wars to protect this great country they could be but in harms way again under this new program I think this whole program should be thought out!!!!!
