I am totally opposed to the proposed nsps. It does not protect workers rights, appears to be an effort to break unions.removes senirity rights,is subject to favoritism, cronyism,etc.and eliminates a bargaining system that has worked well for many years. Federal workers are not a threat to national security.And eliminating workers rights under the story that it will increase national security is ridiculous...This proposal should be scrapped.....
