To Whom it May Concern: I am writing to express my concerns about the changes to the work rules in the Department of Defense. I am very upset about how the proposed regulations,(NSPS) are set up. I strongly feel that the NSPS will really lower the morale in the work place. I stongly feel that the NSPS is unfair to us DOD employee's that have been working so hard for the benefits that we have earned, only to have them taken away. I don't feel that the managers should be allowed to schedule employees to work without sufficient advance notice. We do have families that consist of two working parents, I feel this will have a tremendous inpact on all families involved. I am very upset that the NSPS proposed to take away all step raises and that we could be assigned anywhere in the world. I am proud to be a Federal employee, but I feel with all of these porposed changes that it is slowly being taken away. Please rethink this proposal, we really need work rules that protect our rights and treat us all fairly. Sincerly, Julie Mullenbach
