Comments:
Thirty days to review and comment on the proposed legislation is insufficient to review proposed regulations that consume in excess of 75 pages in the Federal Register. I request the comment period be extended an additional 30 days to insure the fullest response is accomodated. Part of the review process must include the consideration of available comments from other stakeholders. The DOD is not getting comments posted on line in a timely manner as they committed to do. It is unfortunate that the DOD partner is not also accepting comments and posting them. Why is OPM not hosting a similar site?
