Comments:
If the proposed NSPS system has to be implemented, it should be implemented to affect only DOD personnel who are hired after the 1 July 05 date that it is to take effect. It should not be implemented to effect present DOD personnel who are already working and have worked for many years. The system as designed will be a morale buster as well as unfair to those of us who have given many years of our lives to the service of our Country. If this system is supposed to be designed to help National Security, then it is all wet. The first thing to help National Security would be to shut down our Nations Borders and deport all the illegial Aliens. This should be the first step in protecting our Nation. Why do we need a new Personnel System when we have one that works very well and is fair to the DOD Personnel and our serves our Nation well? To implement this NSPS as designed is Un-American and reminds me of some 3rd World Country where you have a Dictator that is in charge. I request that you give my comments some thought and leave our Personnel System alone.
