My comments are about the new NSPS put upon the Federal Employees. We have been complaining about our managers for years. This new system creates backbiting among federal employees and will hurt the agency. Workers will be in conflict with each other and discourages teamwork because of competing for pay raises. The pay for performance will create robots as employees for managers and no room for creativity.
