As I understand this new system,civil service employees have become a threat to National Security.Yet this nation became the greatest nation in the world with these same employees,if it's not broke why try to fix it.This new system has been born solely from politics and without Union oversight in violation of Congress and Labor.Favoritism and cronyism will follow.DoD employees are performing outstanding work in supporting National Defense.Please scrap this system as the only good it could do is give aid and comfort to our enemies while destroying the best labor pool in the world,the DoD Employee
