I have just read about the new NSPS labor system and have a lot of questions on its overall focus. As a non DOD employee but a NNSA contractor I hope and pray that DOE and NNSA do not put this in. This could have a negative influence on our strong Labor contracts and how employees are treated at NNSA sites. The Y-12 plant has been put through the mill with a tyrant contractor BWXT Y-12 who embraces a greater than GOD attitude not only to the hourly employees but to all employees. I feel this new labor system will have a negative effect running off most of the experienced workers who have given many years of loyal service to the Nuclear weapons programs.
