Comments:
We have lost the sense of right and wrong in America. There is nothing broken in the current Civil Service system that can be fixed by NSPS. In the contrary, it will eliminate the very rules that ensures equitable treatment in pay, retention and promotion of personnel. NSPS will demoralize the employees, promote personal rivalry, and destroy teamwork. We have endured base closures, consolidations, rightsizing, A-76 studies, outsourcing, contracting, multiple RIFs.... I believe NSPS wil finally break the Civil Service system,,, making way for privatization of government fuctions.
