Navy Recruiting Commands and Districts With the Navy Recruiting Commands and Districts openly practicing racial discrimination. The numbers of non whites in leadership positions, supervisory roles. White Supervisors are saying that this system will allow them to do as they want. Continue to give awards, reconitions to whites without merit, put Blacks and other minorities on steps of discipline as they wish. With the Navy Recruiting Commands and Districts many having no unions or bargaining agreements. Civilian employees are being told that they have no rights. Each Navy Command and District should allow Civilian employees to join or be represented by a Government Union thats in that region or locaton. The Commands are telling Civilian employees their population is not large enough to have a union or be represented by a union. Example: 7 employees at location (A) without representation , 200 employees at location (B) next door with Government Union representation. Employees from location (A) should be allowed to join this union, but Commands are intentionally keeping the Union representatives out. For all intent and purpose, this system is designed to manipulate, discriminate, undermine the merit and integrity of the employees and a system thats already in place to benefit a few.
