Comments:
PAY BANDS;; Will the DOD be as FAA is at present with the pay Bands? What will happen to someone who comes on board at a young age and gets topped out in his Pay Band, say at 50 yrs of age, besides only getting some type of bonus award? It appears there will be a large group of employees in the future that will be in this type of arragement and there isn't any provisions made nor noted about this type of problem.
