What thought has been given as to how civilian employees that are in the Air Reserve Technician (ART) program with the AF Reserve differ from those that are solely GS employees? An ARTs civilian GS position is DIRECTLY tied to their AF Reserve position - I would think that there would be a different "set of rules".
